By booking an appointment with Bronze Me Up Girl, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked on our Vagaro booking engine. A credit card is needed at the time of booking, in the event you cancel or no call/no show. We then will charge your credit card for the scheduled service. You will also be notified when booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, free of penalty. We understand life and situations can happen unexpectedly. This gives us time to fill your in-demand appointment slot with someone who can make it.
If you cancel the same day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled services.
If you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services.
All no-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service.

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened to avoid delays for other clients. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and will be charged the cancellation fee.
Health & Skin Conditions
Clients must inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, sensitivities, or medical conditions before their appointment. While we use professional products, we can not guarantee that reactions will not occur.
Results Disclaimer
Results may vary depending on skin type, preparation, and aftercare. We are not responsible for results affected by improper preparation or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Payments and Refunds
All services must be paid in full at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not offered once the service has been completed.
Liability
You will be sent a consent form when you book an appointment and sign. By receiving services, you acknowledge that you understand the potential risks associated with spray tanning and cosmetic applications and agree to release our business from liability related to allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or other unforeseen outcomes.
Photography
We may occasionally take photos at the end of a makeup application for our portfolio or marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us before your service.

REFUND RETURN POLICY:
Thank you for choosing our spray tan and makeup services. Due to the nature of professional beauty services and hygiene standards, the following refund and return policy applies.
Service Refunds
All spray tan and makeup application services are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
Spray Tan Touch-Up Policy
We strive to provide the highest quality results. If you believe a spot was missed during your spray tan application due to our technique, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary touch-up for the affected area.
Touch-ups are only offered when the issue is determined to be related to the application technique. Touch-ups will not be provided if the result is affected by:
*Failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions
*Skin conditions or sensitivities
*Medications or hormonal changes
*Menstural cycle or body chemistry
*Products applied to the skin before or after the appointment
Retail Product Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, all retail product sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened retail items.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing and following all preparation and aftercare instructions to ensure the best possible results from their spray tan or makeup service.
